There are many options to consider when looking at Renewable Energy and LZC Technologies. Care must be taken when choosing the correct technology for a particular site as poor decisions can lead to increased as opposed to decreased energy bills and carbon emissions leading to frustrated clients and wasted capital investment.
The module will offer guidance as to how to asses the suitability of a building type/site for the application of particular technologies, will consider the pros and cons associated with the technologies and offer advice regarding the likely capital and maintenance costs, payback periods and the potential to attract grant funding.
